I’m Jules. I was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer at 26 (MSS with 40% KRAS mutation). I am an attorney and opera singer by training (yes, really) and now I work as the Grassroots Advocacy Manager for Fight Colorectal Cancer. I spend a lot of my time asking politicians to be nice to cancer patients or encouraging other people to do so and and I enjoy it very much. I live with my husband, Alan, and our dogs Spaniel Day Lewis and Tali in a house in the beautiful woods of northern Baltimore County. We spend the majority of our free time doing embarrassingly nerdy things, snuggling our dogs, and watching horror movies or reruns of Parks and Rec.
